Our Annual Electrical Home Inspection Includes
- Check the switch and wall outlet operation and condition
- Look for any shock or electrocution hazards
- Confirm and assess the grounding systems
- Inspect the electrical panel for correct labels, ampacity, and operation
- Verify that all breakers are in good working order, as well as identifying corrosion and loose connections
- Inspection of the electrical meter and riser conduit
- Check all visible wiring in the customer home
- Inspect all high voltage receptacles (i.e., 240V appliances, water heater, EV charger, etc.)
- Ensure that the placement of smoke detectors is up to code
- Test all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
- Verify that the AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters) are operating correctly
- Verify that the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters) are operating correctly
- Diagnosis of any customer known electrical issues
